  • You’ve planned it all- now let us execute it. We take over in the final month to finalize logistics, communicate with your vendors, and oversee your wedding day.
    Sometimes called Day-Of Coordination, but our process starts much further than to give you the best peace of mind.

  • We proudly serve Ventura County, Santa Barbara, San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles and surrounding areas. For weddings outside of these locations, we can discuss additional travel fees.

  • You can contact us through our website or directly via email to schedule a consultation. Once you’ve decided on your package, we’ll send over a contract and booking details to officially reserve your date.

  • Yes, we can customize any of our packages to fit your needs! Let us know what you want to tweak, and we can work out the details.

  • We recommend booking at least 12 months in advance for Full-Service and Partial Planning, and at least 6 months for Month-Of Coordination, but we can often accommodate weddings with shorter timelines depending on availability.

  • The term “day-of coordination” is kind of a myth—there’s so much more that goes into making your wedding run smoothly than just showing up on the day.

    That’s why we offer Month-of Coordination, which gives us time to get familiar with your plans, connect with your vendors, and create a detailed timeline well before the big day.
    This way, we can step in with confidence and make sure everything goes off without a hitch.

  • Yes, absolutely! Without question. Love is love, and we are proud to celebrate all couples. We never discriminate, and we’re committed to providing a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone.
    Our goal is to help you create the wedding of your dreams, no matter who you love. We are honored to work with couples of all backgrounds, identities, and orientations to bring their unique visions to life.

  • Absolutely! You can upgrade your package at any time during the planning process. We’ll send over a new contract and apply any payments you’ve already made toward your new package—no money lost, just a seamless transition into the support you need.

  • We get it—wedding planning comes with lots of expenses, and we want to make this as stress-free as possible! You can choose between two flexible options:

    • A 50% retainer fee to lock in your date, with the remaining 50% due one month before your wedding.

    OR

    • A 20% retainer fee, followed by easy monthly payments that wrap up the month before your big day.

  • We come fully prepared—with backup plans and an emergency kit stocked with everything from stain remover to safety pins. If something unexpected pops up, we’re already on it. Our job is to keep things running smoothly so you (hopefully) never even notice a hiccup.

  • We understand that life happens. We will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability, but there may be additional fees if rescheduling occurs closer to the original wedding date.

  • Absolutely not. Any vendor we recommend is someone we genuinely trust and enjoy working with—there are no behind-the-scenes deals or commissions involved. These are organic relationships built through great experiences, solid communication, and a shared commitment to making your day amazing. We only refer vendors we’d be excited to have on our own wedding team.
