FAQ

  • All of our packages include one Lead Planner and one Day-Of Assistant Coordinator

  • This package does not include setup/teardown of catering section, food & beverage serving areas, bar & beverage booth, photo booth,  furniture, dishware, flatware, glassware, etc.

    We do ensure the teardown crew/vendor associated with those items is present and will oversee that it is done to your expectations.

  • Yes! We can suggest great spots—from charming backyard setups to cozy private rooms in your favorite bar or restaurant. We know lots of local gems.

  • Yes, absolutely! Just let us know which vendors you’re looking for, and we’ll send over a curated list that fits your style.
    If you’d prefer us to handle the availability check, budget check & consultation setup as well, we’re happy to take care of that for you—just note that a vendor sourcing fee will apply.

  • It depends on the venue and what’s already provided. If it’s a restaurant or space that’s mostly ready to go, we typically need about 2 hours before your event. If it’s a backyard setup where we’re handling tables, chairs, and more—plan on us needing a bit of extra time to make everything perfect!

  • Yes! We can absolutely accommodate that.

  • Yes! Rehearsal coordination is included. We’ll guide everyone through the process so they feel comfortable walking down the aisle.

    While we would love for your officiant to be there during rehearsal, it is not required.

  • That’s great! We’re always happy to coordinate with your florist and make sure everything flows beautifully. Just a heads-up—our package pricing stays the same even if you choose to go that route. But don’t worry, we can reallocate those florals into another part of your design or swap them for an upgrade like custom signage or another fun detail.

  • Yes! You’re welcome to email us with questions anytime before we officially start, and we’ll send helpful check-in reminders along the way so you’re never feeling anxious.

    If you would like an additional planning meeting, we can schedule one at anytime for a fee.

  • We get it—wedding planning comes with lots of expenses, and we want to make this as stress-free as possible! You can choose between two flexible options:

    • A 50% retainer fee to lock in your date, with the remaining 50% due one month before your wedding.

    OR

    • A 20% retainer fee, followed by easy monthly payments that wrap up the month before your big day.

    Whichever option feels right for you, we're happy to make it work!
